I also use Windows XP Pro SP2 on my desktop, but you asked what I was currently using, so the aforementioned is indeed my final answer.
 
PCLinuxOS on my laptop, RedHat Enterprise AS 4 on my server and Debian and Suse Virtual Machines on the Server running VMware GSX.

OH yeah I got XP in a VM on my lappy for the odd thing I need Windows for.
 
At home and work:

Mac OS X

I'd love to add DragonflyBSD and maybe NetBSD into the mix too...

I have 2 computers I use at home. One dual boots Windows XP Pro and Blag Linux. The other is an iMac with 10.3.9. Which one do I use most? Why my iMac of course.
