Is it possible to load/install an OS if you don't have the boot floppy disk? How do I do that if I only have the CD? Can this be done by changing the boot sequence in the BIOS to boot off the CD drive?
 
yes you should be able to change the boot sequence in the bios and boot the cd as long as the cd is bootable. unless youre trying to load a really old OS the cd should be bootable. also you can go to http://www.bootdisk.com to make a boot disk.
