Not sure if this is considered a good deal but i thought it was pretty good. At walmart, they have an Orion 27" stereo tv for 199.86. Thats a really good price for a 27" tv. Anyone have any experience with Orion tvs? It's the same one listed on walmart's website( Walmart Link ) . Also, just picked up the Apex 20" flat screen for 120.00. I was going to wait to see if it went down to 80 dollars like someone else posted, but they only had 2 left.🙂

Call it a hunch , but you're probably better off going for RCA (199) or sanyo(179) 25". It kinda depends on the exact features though. There's a 25 orion listed for the same price as the 27 orion, so it seems like the 27 orion is prob the lowest model of 27 that orion makes. Combine questionable brand with the lowest model from that brand and you've prob got a problem. I did a little research and the sanyo's actually have one of the best input varieties. I think they're one of only a couple brands tat make a 25/27 TV with 2 back composite inputs and an svideo.

I Looked at this tv. One strange thing, it has a single s-video input on the back (+ a coax), but no audio. There are 2 RCA audio inputs on the front with an RCA video input. So I think to use the S-video in back, you have to use the RCAs in front for audio?

I have a 19 Orion, that I bought from walmart and I must say the picture quality is excellent and the colors are crips.
now I dunno about a 27 incher but from My experience from orion with 19in I like their tv's.

Good Luck
