Original Wolfenstein 3D coming to XBLA

Listed on Xbox.com but no additional details like updated graphics. Only thing it says is "HDTV 1080i" so I'm guessing it will be the original sprites with some HD filtering added on at best.

And no multiplayer.

It will probably be like the Doom port (minus multiplayer) and it will be a crime if it's any more than $5.

Fun game in it's original format but as stated I hope they don't attempt to overcharge for it.

Probably trying to build hype for the upcoming new RTCW title.

my friend has it (he has a dev 360 and is on partnernet).

he said it is pretty bad, has not aged well and has nothing different than the orignial on PC.

The Atari Jaguar had an interesting remake of it, better graphics and a (cheesy) flame thrower.

Yes... Wolf3d was awesome 16-17 years ago... now it's only good for nostalgia value. I can play it for ten minutes every few years, and I've had my fill 😛

I have it on my iPhone. Controls take some getting used to but it's still as great as ever. Death to Mecha Hitler! I really hope ID ports Doom to the iPhone too.
