Origin of "don't forget Poland?" phrase?

yes, eventually 30 countries did join the coalition, but kerry pointed out that only 3 initially went into iraq: US, Aussie, and UK. bush retorted that kerry forgot poland. however, poland was not one of the initial countries invading iraq. therefore, "you forgot poland" (inferring as an initial country) = incorrect political statement.
