Well, if your problem is a breach of privacy (lol) then there's nothing you can do about it now. It's already done and now you know that EA pays attention to what keys get associated with what email addresses (surprise!). If it bothers you then you simply boycott EA to show them you don't agree with their practices. If it's just a matter of not wanting it to show up on your list, then there's an xml file that origin uses that you can edit to get rid of it. I can't remember what or where exactly, but if you google "remove BF3 beta from Origin" you should find the file location.
