Organizational charts in Word or Excel

Does anyone know how to make an organizatinal chart in Word or Excel, you know like the ones that are used for a family tree? I'm trying to make a chart for my job, showing the employees and where they stand on the 'corporate ladder'. Thx.

Open Word, choose Insert -> Object -> (create new dialog box tab) -> MS Organization Chart

It's not a stand-alone app, it must be run from within a "parent" application that supports OLE, like Word or Excel.
