O'reilly the perv

It won't play for me, but you guys are going to feel really badly when BO shows up with a self-inflicted gun shot wound to the head caused by all this dissin' of his righteousness. 🙂

If I were him I'd have taken the hemlock already.

I won't feel badly. Blowhards who preach their own version of morality deserve to be shot down like this.

Matthew 5:40 And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also.

Clinton has sex in the whitehouse, its his own personal business.. Why isn't the same standard applied here by the libs?

Hee hee - I saw your name and instantly knew where this one was going. You get three cookies:

:cookie: #1 for gratuitous, completely irrelevant Clinton reference.

:cookie: #2 for glibly and conveniently ignoring the difference between a consensual affair and (allegedly) unwanted, nonconsensual sexual harassment.

:cookie: #3 for being completely humorless about a funny little clip.

For one thing, Clinton didn't preach out against sexuality and porn. O' Reilly does on a regular basis, at least from what I've heard.

Raises an interesting question:

If Socrates were alive today, would he have settled out of court?

Also, would his talk show been at night or in the afternoon?

Kibbo:

No, he wouldn't have settled because the Greeks didn't think a little dirty sex talk was anything to make a fuss over. 🙂

Socrates would have been more in the vein of Mattews, without the interruptions. Instead of interjecting rhetorical questions as Matthews frequently and impolitely does he would have always been asking probing and difficult questions at the appropriate moment. Sort of like Larry King but with substance. 🙂

ill be honest: i really despise oreilly.
but you are correct, this is his personal business. to a point.

now, i dont believe i ever said the above abou clinton.
what i know is that, assuming these claims are true, it is the act of sexual predator. and it is unacceptable to force oneself upon any other person in a sexual way.
it is a grave and serious issue. when it is non-consensual and abusive, that is when it is no longer personal business.

So you're comparing sexual relations between two consenting adults to a case of sexual harrasment? How odd. As it's been noted earlier, Clinton wasn't preaching morality either. This smacks of the double standard the right employs (please see Rush Limbaugh, etc).
If you're going to bring up standards, best find better examples.

YEAH! YEAH! In fact, I think Scott Peterson should use that as his defense, too... it's about as relevant to his case as it is to O'Reilly's.

If O'Reilly is innocent, by the way, I hope this woman gets ruined, not only for making false accusations, but also for making things that much harder for every other woman who genuinely has been, and/or will be, sexually harrassed. But if O'Reilly is guilty of sexual harrassment, the he should be ruined, himself.
