Anyone done this?

I have some apprehension about handing over my bank account info to ANY vendor...

I write 1 check a month, it takes forever to go through a box of checks.

I opened an account specifically for home improvement expenses. Contractors like checks almost as much as cash. They don't take kindly to you saying, "hold on, let me log on to ATOT and see if they think it is ok to log on to my bank and initiate a check that will get mailed to you in a week or so...

I went through my starter checks in a week...

I read the title as:

Ordering Chicks Online
Who is the best (read: cheapest) reliable vendor?

😕

If only... 😛

I went with 123checksonline.com as they let you buy one box which will exceed my need...

Hey there, are you keeping a account like that for tax time?

I know we got a tax thread, wondering if you can shed light on your situation, mine is renovations so that I can have the place rentable, it wouldnt be otherwise... though i'm not saying that is the only way renovations can be applied against rental income... i don't know.

I just used Costco from the fatwallet thread...

Second that. $10 for two boxes of the carbon-copy checks. Last time I ordered from my bank they charged about $20 for ONE box, and they screwed up the order and sent me regular checks instead.

Plus, Costco uses the SAME PRINTING COMPANY my bank uses!

i checked checks.com, it links to checksunliimited.com or something, and for the blue saftey, walmart is cheaper...

costco what, online? I cant find it, also cant find the fatwallet thread..

I just need 1-2 boxes of blue saftey personal checks..

should I investigate costco or just go with walmart.

i see, i found a link after searching at costco.com BUT ya got to be a member....

I know a friend that is a member, wonder if I can submit THAT member number, yet order checks for my address, which is different...

If I have some kind of anomosity towards walmart, then I'd go through all this trouble... but I don't have any...

Another vote for Walmart. for them because there were a couple of questions about the bank account number and they sorted it out really fast.

walmart statest twice that it doesnt do that.... others, like those companies that only sells checks, tend to do that... not your acct numbers or such but your address... they have 200checks for 5.50, no shipping. saw it after i ordered from walmart.

For those who are members of Costco, there's a 10% off all check products coupon code (25% off for Executive Members).

The coupon code is on the coupon flyer that they've been handing out at the store for the past two weeks. It expires on January 23.

So, 10% off $10 for 2 boxes of duplicate checks... it's not a huge savings, but I'll be using it!

If you don't want to go through the trouble of going to the store, send me a PM.
