This all happened fairly quickly..
Cliffs:
1. Order flowers last week for my wife's birthday (today)
2. I get an email saying that the flowers were delivered, but my wife didn't receive anything
3. I track the shipment and it has some cryptic notes - delivered to RX LL, signed by CUST MAN
4. Call ups and they tell me that they think it was delivered to the wrong address, but that the shipper must start an investigation
5. Call Proflowers, they apologize and quickly offer me a reshipment.. I say I just want an investigation because, frankly, her birthday's today not tomorrow
6. They apologize and offer me a refund
7. My wife calls me, thanking me for the flowers.
I'm guessing they got delivered to the wrong office or building and they eventually found their way to the right company..
Do I call proflowers to tell them to reverse the refund, or just keep mum on the whole thing?
