You don't need anything special. All you need is electical tape, wire cutters / wire stippers (scisors will work), and a screwdriver.
In my power supply, an A1 Electonics Dual fan, one of the fans was hooked up by a 2 pin lead, the other was sodered directly to the board of the power supply.
1. Open up the power supply, remove the old fan, and cut the wires if its directly in the base of the PS.
2. Connect the Blue panaflo wire to the blue or black fan wire in your power supply.
3. Connect the Red wire of the Panaflo to the red or yellow fan wire of your power supply.
4. Screw in the new fan, close up the case.
It takes 10 mins. tops. I have little to no electrical experience, but it took me less than 20 mins to figure it out.
