couple questions, how can i take my music off my phone and import it into in itunes? i didn't get a chance to backup my music before my External HDD went.


also, any tips or tricks out there new to OSX? i haven't received mine yet but im extremely excited to be introduce to the world of apple, i love my iphone and im sick and tired of windows and its issues, but that's neither here nor there.

excuse me if i rambled off, im a bit altered at the moment.
 
thanks guys, got the MBP this morning and its wonderful, still trying to get music off my iphone into itunes though.....
