orb? does it work for anyone

is there a reason why ORB has a tv function? Mine has to buffer every 10 seconds if it even loads at all. Is there a working way to stream live tv from a PC? (over the internet)

Over the internet, Orb sucks. It's awesome if you're inside the LAN though.

I have buffering problems every now and then, really depends on my network connection. Make sure you're not running any torrents. I wish there was a way to choose a file size/quality and actually d/l vids instead of streaming. One hour of recorded tv is 2.5GB.

It's worked great for me for years. What are your host PC specs and what is your up down/speed as reported by orb when you have problems? Also, which encoder did you choose in orb's settings?
