If the (CDL issuing states) had only followed the rules to begin with ...

Key Requirements Before March 2026:
  • Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT): Applicants for a first-time Class A or B CDL, or an upgrade to Class A/B, must complete a mandatory training program from an approved provider listed on the FMCSA Training Provider Registry (TPR).
  • CLP Requirements: A valid CLP must be held for at least 14 days prior to taking the CDL skills test.
  • Knowledge Test: Applicants must pass written tests (General Knowledge, Air Brakes, Combination Vehicles) with a score of 80% or higher.
  • Skills Test Components: The test includes three parts:
    1. Vehicle Inspection: Identifying safety items.
    2. Basic Controls: Maneuvering the vehicle (backing, parking).
    3. Road Test: Driving on public roads.
  • Modernized Skills Testing: Many states adopted a modernized, more efficient skills test format, often focusing on crucial backing and inspection maneuvers.
  • English Proficiency: Long-standing federal law requires drivers to be able to read and speak English well enough to communicate with the public and law enforcement, read signs, and complete reports.
Non-Domiciled CDL Rules (Before March 16, 2026):
  • Prior to the final rule effective March 16, 2026, non-domiciled CDLs/CLPs could be issued based on various temporary immigration statuses, including Employment Authorization Documents (EADs).
  • Existing non-domiciled credentials remained in place and were generally not revoked, but they were subject to state-specific renewal requirements.

Trump blasts birthright citizenship with an unhinged rant about the civil war and the Wong case

Trump: -

"Birthright Citizenship is not about rich people from China, and the rest of the World, who want their children, and hundreds of thousands more, FOR PAY, to ridiculously become citizens of the United States of America,” Trump wrote. “It is about the BABIES OF SLAVES!”

Lol! ... Isn't Trump selling citizenship cards for 5 million? or some shit!

King Donald thinks he can abolish the 14th Amendment's guarantee of birthright citizenship by executive order. E.O.s never have the power to change the Constitution, which requires ratification by 38 states

It looks like he'll lose, but I don't know what to "expect" from THIS Supreme Court. This case should be a slam dunk 9-0 against the executive order. But it won't be. If they pass it. Deport all his anchor baby kids on day one.

If he loses the meltdown and diaper evacuation will be epic!

JFC look who finally chimes in……..

You know Trump is really bizzare here are two examples:

Trump creates a situation in Cuba where they are desparte for heating oil et all by enacting an embargo; and then because they really need oil he allows a RUSSIAN tanker to deliver oil to alleviate the very suffering he created.

Another example is with TSA:

The democrats were fine with paying TSA for the past month but Trump told the republicans to not agree to such - then they finally get an agreement to effectively pay TSA only for Trump to have the house kill it so tada he can sign an executive order to pay TSA.

He loves manufacture these situations where he can save the day by creating an arena where he prevents anyone but himself from solving the problem.

It’s AI slop.
Oh yeah? Well...
