Unofficially, money transfers / bribes from others will be required to receive it.

Well you'd have to offer a lot more than that. Because he's already cutting himself a check for $10B, and he still has almost 3 years left to grift. As greedy as he is, by 2028 this $10B grift will look like nothing.
