Since when has a Trump vacation had him in seclusion for more than 24 hours? He has to be the bride at every wedding, and the corpse at every funeral. If he hasn’t been seen bloviating on camera or on Truth Social for several days, that’s probably news.

Ehh, maybe Donald’s having a bout of a cold or Covid19 again and they’re keeping him resting until he can again step out and say it was all fake news.

My top guess is a minor medical procedure and a few days of recovery, taking advantage of the bank holiday. If that’s true, we’ll see him back Tuesday.

Second-top guess, he’s transitioned into a long-term condition where he can’t do that much, and needs to rest a lot. If that’s true, 3-day weekends and prolonged holiday breaks will be the norm.

Either way, I’m stocking up on celebratory fireworks just in case.

I'm not sure I want him dead. The devil you know and all that. I can think of outcomes that are worse without him around, and the mythology of him dying in office. Might solidify him as a religious icon, and anyone chanting his name will be imbued with his power(lulz).
