And here I thought the passing of the Neanderthals was complete, but now I see Trump and his oligarch handlers have somehow managed to convince millions of Americans that riding themselves along the road to extinction by devolving themselves from being free independent minded individuals into a mindless obedient mob riding in a clown car solely dependent on a narcissistic emotionally deranged monkey who just so happens to be their cockeyed dizzy driver.

What is not the "fucking law" doing expedited review of asylum cases and keeping the person in custody during the review?

Catch them and release them into their country of origin.

They do have a right for a review before they are sent back home.
The other problem is some countries will not usually take back their deportees. For example, Afghanistan will not accept US deportees.

Or the person applies for Asylum while remaining in Mexico.


As the law states you cannot apply for a asylum in a different country

The inept Trump administration has no clue how to set policies since dodo brain Trump has to be consulted on every minor detail of the exact policy he is setting and of course given his very limited aptitude and understanding of macro dynamic no matter what policy he ends up setting he will have to change them a few weeks later when they cause a shit storm.

It occurred to me instead of congress wasting tax dollars investigating an ex-president in which whatever they discover it will have no meaningful impact on governance they should be investigating the current president who is a complete piece of shit. I mean what sane president would parade a picture sent to him by Putin while at the same time Russia is bombing US factories overseas.

The Pentagon has for weeks been planning a military deployment to Chicago as President Donald Trump says he wants to crack down on crime, homelessness and undocumented immigration, in a model that could later be used in other major cities, officials familiar with the matter said.

The planning, which has not been previously disclosed, involves several options, including mobilizing at least a few thousand members of the National Guard as soon as September to what is the third most populous city in the United States.

He’s going to address homelessness? Considering it’s an issue for almost every state, I wonder how he’s going to tackle it? Just lock up the homeless? Deport them to a foreign country? Put them in Guantanamo? I’m sure whatever it is it’ll be legal. /s

The only reason Pritzker makes this statement publicly is because he's getting out in front of what he KNOWS is coming. Troops in Chicago. Less than a month from now.
