Arresting a judge on obstruction of justice, bold move.
The FBI are arresting judges in courtroom hallways now?

So, in MMORPG terms, the FBI has assumed the role of spawnkillers, camping at respawn points to pick up some easy XP?

Besides the presumption of innocence, and because we are dealing with an administration that ignores due process…We are in the territory where the authoritarian is telling us to choose the worse options.

it sounds like the incompetence flowed, ICE got pissed and decided to arrest a fucking judge in the name of its fascism.. The backlash of this will be immense.

I wonder how much she will be suing for. I hope it is nine figures

This makes me sick:

Like they said, when people go to sources that lie constantly they come to think there's no such thing as the truth.

What is needed are media, preferably MSM that are accessible, accessed and unafraid to tell it like it is. When that becomes ubiquitous people realize that they have a choice: (1) go to the sources that lie or (2) go to the sources that do not lie. Sounds simplistic but it's true. We have the First Amendment, it's really the best thing about America. Yes, Trump and his yes-men/women will disparage whoever calls them out. It's up to Joe and Jean America to decide. Myself I never watch Fox News or any of the other disinformation streams.

She should sue to shut down the entire agency on the grounds of irreparable corruption and incompetence. You gotta swing for the fences on shit like this.

In its most simplest terms, not enough people care, and there are even less good guys.

You can draw your own conclusions in terms of how it all turns out.

Yeah that's a pretty fair assessment of what I was seeing when I was being alarmist here.

Even from solid dem guys I used to know.. I mean I was going to get some car work done but then I saw a Trump sign and went somewhere else. It became so bad.. I couldn't find a non Trumper.. even legal immigrants were saying.. Trump's gonna be so good and stop this billions being spent on migrants who're robbing us on subways and walking free laughing at us because we're soft!

The hate of migrant criminals seemed to be much greater than love of own rights and protections afforded under the law. And even now they don't have regrets about voting for Trump.. they just don't like the tariffs!

It also shows in the polls the dems are still lower approval than Trump!

The vast majority of the material consequences have not appeared for them personally yet. There are still customers, stuff to buy in stores, prices have mostly not spiked yet as inventory is burned, etc. We've just had a stock market rout and that's been enough to sink his econ numbers to the low 30s and dropping. The next few months are going to be very educational for millions and millions of people.

I hope so but I have a feeling that MAGA will just accept this as the new normal.. sorta like New Yorkers are now used to a 3 hour commute but it's not "normal".

Average commute time in New York is just over 30 minutes. I know one person who commutes anywhere close to that long and it’s by choice.

Where do you get these crazy ideas from? This sounds like another case of you being in a bubble.

LOL I hate to break it to you bud.. I live in NYC.. howard beach. If I were to take a train and bus to get from say Penn Station to Howard Beach.. easily 1 hour 15 mins without delays.. maybe more if there are delays.

Probably about the same by car as long as I don't get stuck on the BQE.

Still not 3 hours and the data he linked didn’t say no one in NYC had a longer than 30 minute commute. That’s an average by definition some will be longer than 30 minutes.

I hate to break it to you bud but I live in NYC too.

Howard beach is also so far east it’s almost not even part of the city anymore. It’s basically the airport after you and then Long Island. Needless to say most New Yorkers do not live that far out which is why the average commute is nowhere near three hours.

Remember, you live in a bubble that has little to do with how the rest of the city lives. Your experiences are very different than normal New Yorkers.

Oh come on.. NYC is NYC.

My average was 1 hour 30 min in the morning, same in the evening.. so 3 hours stuck in commute daily easy.

Sure if you live in Brooklyn Heights or the city itself, it'll be less.. but for some that live out in Queens Village or Jamaica Estates, that'll be even longer than me.

They are trying to make things better by reducing the number of bus stops within 4 blocks of each other.

NYC is most certainly not all the same everywhere.

Yes, when you live in far eastern queens by the airport you are not close to stuff. According to the census bureau average commute time for NYC residents is less than half of what you say.

All I’m telling you is your experience is very different than normal New Yorkers. You live in the city equivalent of the boonies!

My twenty-five minute commute is about the same distance as going from Howard Beach to Central Park. All y'alls need to spend less money on that old culture crap and more money on adding road lanes.

😉

Fun thing is we built this entire underground network so we don’t need roads!

I think we were inspired by Elon Musk’s hyperloop.

I don't think he will ever drop below 30%. His cult is too stubborn to blame him when he fucks up.
