More from the article:

Last week, a group of 27 American Jewish organizations filed a brief in Öztürk’s case, arguing that deporting students like Öztürk on the premise of fighting antisemitism is not protecting the community.

To watch state authorities undermine the same fundamental rights that empowered so many Jewish Americans is chilling; to know it is being done in the name of the Jewish people is profoundly disturbing,” the brief said.
--

The Department of Homeland Security originally asked the State Department to cancel Öztürk’s visa under a legal authority meant to safeguard US foreign policy interests, according to the Washington Post, but the State Department memo said Secretary of State Marco Rubio lacked the grounds to do that. The State Department said the visa could still be revoked without using that particular legal authority because the Immigration and Nationality Act gives the secretary of state complete discretion to do so...

So much bullshit from the Trump's thugs.

So the Russian asset who was given immunity by the SCROTUS has basically wiped his bloated orange ass with due process, is having Americans kidnapped and sent overseas for torture and imprisonment. Intends to do it with "home growns."

Telling judges to go fish, 'Oop sorry, American law has no jurisdiction over international waters. Can't help you.'

So Orange Stain is basically making it so he can have people he personally doesn't like disappeared to foreign prisons. Hell he could bring back Pinochet's death flights, just wave any inquiry about it away as official state business over territory the judicial branch has no right to even inquire about.

Pretty much impossible to argue America isn't a fascist state at this point. Congrats Team Treason, you've succeeded in ruining the country you claimed to love. May the dildo of consequences find you all, coated in salt and broken glass.

I love this article by George Monbiot of The Guardian. Great point that Trump gets sort of a positive feedback loop. Greater inequality feeds greater resentment towards Trump’s favored targets, trans, gay, immigrants, government workers, etc ., and all of Trump’s moves increase inequality to keep the cycle fed.

One thing in our favor I think is that we can add billionaires like Musk and Thiel and Bezos and even Trump now to the list of resented people, which is not part of Trump’s plan.

As I’ve pointed out previously, walls work in both directions. Trump is building the Berlin Wall and Republicans are cheering him on.

tl;dr: Trump has turned the border strip into a “military installation” and the military can apprehend anyone for being there, American citizens included. Who’s in prison now?

This probably don't deserve it's own thread, but 4Chan probably died by hacking.
Plenty of edu mails between the registered accounts gov mails between the moderators. With real names.

It was a CIA PsyOp all along.

The issue is that this wall is just a prelude... to war with Mexico

Just another Good Christian Responsible Gun Owner doing her thing

An Indianapolis mom is facing multiple charges for allegedly bringing a gun to Valley Mills Elementary school in Decatur Township.

Carrie Rivers' charges come after she withdrew her daughter, a sixth grader, from the school on April 9.

Rivers allegedly told police that her daughter's teacher had given an assignment dealing with same-sex relationships. The teacher told police the assignment was about flags, and that she brought up the flags of several countries and states before referencing the flag in her classroom, which is a rainbow flag with the words "be kind" on it.

The teacher also said that once Rivers complained about the assignment, the teacher dismissed Rivers' daughter from needing to complete the assignment.

Rivers withdrew her daughter from the school on April 9, but she went to the school to complain anyway. When officers responded, one of them saw a gun holstered at Rivers' waist and took it. Possessing a handgun on school property is a felony in Indiana.

Police say they interviewed Rivers, who assumed they were there to confront the teacher, not her. After Rivers was released, police say she sent a message to the teacher. According to court documents, it included:

"...your a child predator and your only hope is your b**** a** wife that is a cop otherwise someone else woulda already delt with u for ur wrongs. U messed with the wrong family. I'll tell you that so please say ur prayers and kiss ur kids goodbye and goodnight u never know when god says its our time so always be prepared."

The results of his physical are hilarious and sad, very much Trump. I especially like that the doc listed him as 6'3 and 225lb, and wrote that he stays fit from his "frequent victories in golf events" That doctor should be fired for lying. I do love how Trump forced the doc to add in the frequent victories part. We all know he golfs all the damn time, and at our expense. But he had to make sure his health report also stated that he typically wins.

He also made me laugh when he told a reporter he got every question right on the Cognitive test, and when the reporter asked for any details about the test Trump answered "you know, uh it's a pretty well known test" And of course he had to take a jab at Biden for not taking the test, although with his answer I seriously doubt he took it either.

Cinco de mayo parades and celebrations being cancelled in major cities. I hope the fucking Hispanics that voted and supported for Trump take responsibility for this. Oh wait, they won't, they are incapable of being decent human beings lol

Sadly, I think this is necessary, ICE would just camp out and nab everyone. When I was small my dad took me to a fishing farm place, the pond was overloaded with fish, and you paid to catch 3 or whatever and they guaranteed you would. I caught the amount they let you in about 2 minutes.

Too funny

The irony is Trump hates losers so after he lost, Trump probably won't even acknolowedge he exists. Yet I believe Bryce would still give his life to Trump. It's hilarious Dana kept him around after he came out saying Hitler wasn't all that bad and he'd love to have gone fishing with him. Most jobs where you're in the public would fire you if you came out pro Hitler.

And not surpringly, he's also a flat earther.

Back to illegally impounding funds and selectively blocking competitive grants for people not licking the boot (also, grants, despite WH assertions, are not subsidies for these institutions, they are competitive federal contracts to do research).
