Heard it today. The problem is the bastards in charge of statistics split Hispanics into categories like black or white based on self identity. Hispanic whites and Hispanic blacks.

Counting them solely in their own category makes them the majority!

This is an example of you not understanding what you're talking about or whoever was talking to you is lying to you.

1) it does not make them the majority or anywhere remotely close to that.
2) Ethnicity in the census is a two part identifier and they report on it both ways, meaning percent of people who identify as hispanic and then with that rolled into other groups.

If you think otherwise please provide a source that indicates 50% or more of America identifies as Hispanic. Define that however you want.
