I posted the above in the Musk thread, but also worth pointing out that these things are going to help solidify that DOGE is acting completely outside the Constitution (no Senate appointment but taking administrative actions), and this is going to cost us all a lot of money to a) undo the damage, and b) all the reputational damage that has accumulated and will pay dividends for generations.
Does it even matter? The constitution is meaningless when the checks and balances are all along for the ride with the lunatic totalitarian. I don't see how the constitution is going to save us when it would require shitbag GOP congressmen and shitbag GOP judges to break ranks from the nazi the supreme court handed this power to.

The point is there are federal judges who are blocking stuff, so it just gives them additional evidence to use to justify their rulings.

If you think this is all useless, then you may as well pick up a Molotov cocktail and get to work.

Do you trust the supreme court at all once our hitler appeals the cases there? Once they made him above the law it kind of felt like show's over, welcome to Germany 1933.

Comer threatens to have the Sgt. of Arms forcibly remove congressman (Frost D-FL) for calling Trump a grifter

So wait, the world's most obnoxious grade school name caller got called a name, and now MAGA is losing their shit over it?

Does that about cover it?

hypocrisy is a feature, not a bug of being a Republican...

Donald Trump recently sold counterfeit guitars and watches (both made in China, of course) to his gullible followers

He is a born grifter!

Just a reminder to Comer: - Donald Trump is the only president in U.S. history to be found liable for financial fraud.

If Comer is so worried about his God Emperor being disrespected, why doesn't he introduce a statute of lèse-majesté?

I'm sure Putin or Kim will hand him the template.

LOL, catching the vapors over calling Trump and Musk what they are.

I'm sure Comer and co stand up for the dignity of all Americans and hold their colleagues to account. What's that? Oh... boy...

Trump USDA refusing to pay already approved and in progress grants to the National Black Farmers Association because work with the NBFA is "DEI" and forbidden by executive order.

JFC! ... This is how Trump is helping you, MAGA. By selling citizenship to rich foreigners. I'm wondering if Maga thought selling green cards was ever something they saw as part of an America First Agenda? Lol!

Trump and DeSantis already have these arrangements with rich Russians who get their kids born here and claim residency. There’s a lot of very wealthy cartel members that will like this too. And Saudi Arabians.

Isn't this the same type of program Jared Kushner's family got caught promoting in China in 2017. Visas for cash? or some shit. Aren't these visa's used by people who are corrupt to hide their assets abroad? In places like Cyprus, for example, Eastern European mobsters invest millions in real estate knowing that authorities back home won’t be able touch the money or bother prosecuting someone who can hide behind the legal protections their new citizenship provides. There is already a program that’s lets rich people invest in America. I see this as letting rich people buy a pass to live in America for as long as they want, overpay for real estate, buy up large tracts of land, and otherwise contribute nothing…Never paying taxes. So how much will he tax these wealthy rubes?

He wants Americans to do the menial labor that illegal immigrants do now while he imports rich foreigners to perform the good, high-paying jobs.

Can I sell my US citizenship for $5 million? Is that the current market value?

Just watched his video presser on this: He's off his rocker!

Trump: - "If you sell 10 million of the cards, that’s a total of $50 trillion,”

Lol! Where are these 10 million people who want to come to the USA? Not to mention the absurdity of paying to come to a country trying to remove immigrants and taking an anti-trade stance. He's selling 10 million of these Gold Cards. So he's going to bring in 10 million new families to the USA. If each family has 5 members that 50 million new immigrants

Also ... I'm sure there are dozens of wealthy foreigners just dying to spend five million dollars for the privilege of paying American taxes. Lol! And standby for a load of Russian Oligarchs paying $5 million with money they’ve ripped off from the Russian economy and people. Donny is trying to get more successful criminals like him in America!

How can we make it easier for terrorists and spies to come into the country?" And every Russian Oligarch.

I've lived in a dictatorship and I know how this shit is working. I've seen it. You're heading full steam into it. It is a bit of the boiling frog fable, americans are incredulous yet, "I voted him for this and that", "he can't be that crazy", etc... Step by step they're robbing everyone for the wealth of the few. And the republicans will not wake up until it hits them personally. No amount of evidence shakes their believes until it's them. And the rest of r's are not gonna believe until it also happens to themselves.

So, I guess be ready to be aggressive capitalist dictatorship.

Well the house passed the Trump budget. No Democratic votes so there's only one party to blame.
CNN called it a budget blueprint. Sounds like there's still tons of work to get a bill through both houses of Congress, and then reconciled.

Trump will have to browbeat every single (R) in the House to get his wants across the line. There are enough factions involved that it's unclear how much 💩 they will force upon the people. My hunch is it's gonna be very bad/onerous because they aren't trying to get any Dem votes in the House. Outside of SS & Medicare, the WH is perfectly willing to nuke the federal government in order to pass moar tax cuts for corporations and oligarchs. (They'd knife SS & Medicare too if it didn't have electoral consequences.)
