So he is going to prison right?

IF there is even an ethics referral/investigation, it'll amount to nothing.

These people operate with ZERO consequences. Which is why I'm not surprised that they need around the clock security. People are fucking fed up with the ruling elite being above the law.

That's wiiiiild.

But that sort of thing is added momentum on the class warfare train ... Especially with ongoing Epstein files, it has a chance of going somewhere, uniting the commoners vs. the above-the-law-elite.

So the dollar amount is actually not that unreasonable but the lawsuit itself is just plain silly. Some stupid idiot was walking on a non-sidewalk area and tripped on a construction plate and is suing for her bruise ego. This person of course works for the trump administration in a high profile position:

Wonder if I can sue for the stupid shit I've done while drunk too...

Is she sure she wasn't just hitting the sauce again?

I had two MAGA is nuts experiences on Battlefield 6 yesterday.

In a match I literally caught an enemy running up some stairs and I shot him, quite literally in the ass, and then said on mic, man I just shot that guy right in the ass! I hear a voice from my squad - please don't use that kind of language. I was like 'ass', really? How is that offensive in a video game. Then they said, it sounds too gay. I was like oh you must be one of them maga people. He said yes. I'm like why are you so bigoted? He said they are very tolerant people they just don't want anything forced on them. I said how is it forced on you? He said well not on me but it happens. He had a bit of a southern accent. These people simply don't exist in any kind of reality.

My buddy in CO and I play regularly, and since BF6 started we met this guy and befriended him and play with him all the time. From Texas, but lives in Los Angeles where he just finished college. We could tell he is right wing, and when my buddy and I talk politics, he usually stays silent. Anyway yesterday he did start talking. He quite literally believes that the right to bear arms was bestowed on Americans directly from God. Which I knew they do but it's always stunning to hear it from a real person and not just on a news article. I told him about how an NFL writer who went to San Fran for the bowl wrote an article about how they've been lied to about San Fran, it's a great city to be in. I said, how do you feel about LA since probably all your folks down in TX buy into the LA is a dystopian hellhole where you can't leave your house without being crimed. He defended it lol He's lived their for four years. He couldn't give me one example of feeling that unsafe besides vibes and videos. He's always talking about going to the gas station to get nicotine, or going out or what not. Nuts.

So far gone. Literally denies a four years of life experience to maintain the cult ideology .

It isn't what you experienced but what dear leader sez you experienced that matters.

Along those same lines...
Federal Trade Commission Chairman Andrew Ferguson has accused Apple of violating US law by suppressing conservative-leaning news outlets on Apple News.

Ferguson pointed to research by a pro-Trump group that accused Apple News of suppressing articles by Fox News, the New York Post, Daily Mail, Breitbart, and The Gateway Pundit. The FTC chair claims that Apple News might be violating promises made to consumers in its terms of service, but his letter doesn’t cite any specific provisions from the Apple terms that might have been violated.

The thin-skinned, sausage fingered, fat bastard just likes to break shit. Especially since he's claimed climate change is a hoax.

Or, could be a combination of things, including this.
From the link:

"Some Colorado officials view the move as part of a retribution campaign being waged by the White House that is designed to pressure Colorado Governor Jared Polis, a Democrat, into granting clemency to Tina Peters, a former county election clerk who was convicted in a 2020 election-related data breach scheme. Peters is a prominent 2020 election denier. "

Guess Democrats are going to get weather predicting as well in the "make everything partisan" fight.
It is likely a typical case of some stupid political appointee who does not understand the full implications of his actions. Naturally when things get really bad he will pass the buck or claim he had nothing to do with the removal - typical Trump administration bullshit - break everything and then blame biden.

It'a partisan, political, and revenge, all rolled into one, 24/7. Directed by the worst president ever to sully the WH.
