(this part is true but not how the administration is using the option as previous cases show people who committed no crime and were denied due process were sent to third country which resulted in the injunction)
The administration has said Murphy's injunction is preventing potentially thousands of pending deportations. The injunction "disrupts sensitive diplomatic, foreign policy and national security efforts," it said in Tuesday's filing. (this sounds like bullshit to me; they don't want to explain themselves so they mark it sensitive and national security)
