Option for new HS/Fan for P2.4/400

Just some suggestions would be appreciated...Thanks...BTW, got the chip from Dell deal a while back and have new P4C800 mobo with crucial 1.5GB PC2700DDR...
 

Alpha PAL 8942T is a GREAT HeatSink, paired with a Vantec Stealth 80mm fan it is VERY quiet and still does a decent job of cooling if you are not overclocking.
If you are not afraid to monkey around it is possible to put an 80 - 92mm adapter on it and run the Vantec Stealth 92 (or any other of your choice) for improved airflow and still remain very quiet.

When I say "monkey around" what I mean is that the Alpha doesn't come with proper length screws to mount something thin like an adapter directly on top of the HS, and I couldn't find any ANYWHERE, so I had to snip the guts out of an 80mm fan and use the screws supplied by Alpha to mount the gut-less 80 and the adapter on the HS, then the 92mm fan goes right on the adapter, of course.

When (or if) you think about this, keep in mind that you cant have the screws too long and have them protrude thru the bottom of the HS and touch the mobo.
