I upgraded to an Optimus v with virgin mobile Monday. I have had virgin mobile since 2003. My phone worked fine in my house until Thursday when I asked VM to reactivate my voice mail. Since that moment my phone will not make/receive calls or text messages. My 3g and my wifi work fine independent of each other. VM had me go to best buy and exchange for a new phone since it was just purchased. Went to best buy original phone worked there but went ahead and traded for a new one just in case. used new phone while away get home same problem!!! I have anywhere from 2-4 bars in my house. Why won't my phone work????
I have already called VM back and they are escalating it to the next level which if they go from my call earlier today then I should be above level 3 tech support. Any ideas???
