Optimizing Radeon 9800 settings

I reformatted my computer a few days a go and now when I play World of Warcraft, my fps flutuates a lot; usually being low. I just upgraded my driver to the newest version today. What settings should I change to make the game perform better? I couldn't find what I was looking for by goggling.
 
Just play around a bit. Adjust each detail setting to it's minimum to find the one that eliminates the problem. Notice when the slowdowns happen what is going on so you can reproduce it while testing settings. Quite often drastic frame rate fluctuations are caused by a lack of fill rate so I'd try reducing antialiasing settings or resolution first.
