Optimizing my memory to run at 2-2-2?

My current rig is in my signature. I do not overclock. I currently have Crucial Ballistix PC3200 memory. I have the settings to auto in the BIOS. If I have it set to auto, does anyone know if it's currently running @ 2-2-2 settings? Or can my memory even run at those speeds? If no, and I have to set it that way, what's the best/easiest way to do this? If not, then what's the most optimal way to get my system to run faster?

Auto should set it to the memory's rated speed, I believe. I forget what program you can check your RAM timings in Windows with, I'm sure someone here will post it momentarily.

Cool thanks. I do have Everest and this is what it says:
@ 200 MHz 2.0-2-2-8 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS)

Or just go into BIOS and set it to manual and it it there yourself, Ballistix will reach 2-2-2 no problem.

Can 2 gigs (1 gig stick each) of Patriot, timed auto at 2-3-2-5 run 2-2-2-5, 400MHz? And if so would it need a lot of additional cooling?

Slightly diff'rent timing with same freq would have no significant affect on temp. If it cannot do it then a voltage increase might help and even then it wouldn't need any more cooling.
