Optimize Drives in Win10 + SSD?

So on a new PC from Dell, optimize drives is on and set to automatic for SSD. Does this mean it is going to defrag it (which it doesn't need since it's SSD) or is it going to just run the TRIM periodically?

It will just trim it. Run it and it will tell you what it is doing.

Even my 3rd party defrag utilities trim ssd's so no worries.
