I actually paid $53.89, and I'm gonna sell my MX700, so it won't be much at all.

did you get the keyboard with the MX700, or just the mouse?

if so, would your keyboard work with the MX1000 base station?

I only got the mouse, my keyboard has a wire.

Depends where you get it. I saw it on the shelf in Best Buy last night for $79.99, and the Logitech site sells it for $79.99. I bought it from Amazon for $53.89 shipped. 🙂
