Opteron 175

Hey.. I'm currently investigating the Opteron market, and found this one:

AMD 64 Opteron 175 Dual Core 2.2 GHz, CCBWE 0536 XPMW.

My question is: Is it a good overclocker?

I want to explore the dualcore posibilities before singlecore since it's for recording music.

That's a single core stepping. The 170 is dual core.

Haha. Well there are some 170s that can hit 2.9. More likely 2.7 or 2.8 though.

Does the 2mb cache have any improvement to add than the 1mb dual core CPUs?
