Opteron 170 Retail vs. OEM

Is there any advantage is overclocking performance by getting the one over the other, can you still get a good stepping if you get the retail version or is it best to go with the OEM version? Im not really concerned about price.

the warranty is the difference....3yr for retail...1yr for oem
