Opteron 170 and then what? Help me decide!

I would like to know the combinations of opteron, motherboard, memory config. and graphics card that you "enthusiasts" have been putting togeather.
Of course it would be all the better if you explained why you ended up with the particular system configurations that you came up with.

Its that time again, the P4 3.4, Abit IC7, 6800 ultra is getting a bit long in the tooth

look at my sig.. reasons: motherboard expert was for the spacing between pcie slots as im using nv5 coolers for video cards and the many tweeking options you have for overclocking.
cpu opty 170 (0546), I looked around and on air it reached 2800mhz the most giving me a better bang for my money. (bought from tankguys.biz)
video: I had $800.00 to spend and i saw that a single 7800 gtx 512 performed less than 2 gt oc on sli for the same amount of money.

there you have it
