Got FSB at 270, memory set at 133, volts at '+0.025.' (Ends up about 1.42 volts)

I can't seem to get it to boot at 280. Hrm. What is the upper limits for volts? Probably 1.45-1.50 max, right? (For me to be playing it safe, I mean. I don't like risk.)

What's the max safe temp? Right now, it seems to idle around 37 or 38, it's been at 51 for the past hour or so since I started up Prime.
