funny the price is the same as I paid when these were first released last year, there really hasn't been much movement in CPU prices over the past 6 months or so
 
Rallymaster: the info I got from searching is that if you plan to overclock, go with the 165. If not, then the 3800+. Though if you currently have a 3200+, you may want to consider waiting for the conroe in hopes that the price will drop a little more. A thought...
