I say go for the Mushkin XP4000. Had some running in my former 3GHz Opty 148 rig, and will now be running in my new Opty 165 rig. BTW, the Opty 165 was ordered from TankGuys!

Just look at what is written on the top of your cpu. You should have something like CCBWE and some letters and numbers. That is your stepping.

For example : CCBWE 0534SPMW

I received my 165 from ZZF yesterday, 0551. Overclocked it up to 2.6 on 1.4v, didn?t try any higher. I wanted 2.4 and that is where I currently have it running with 1.35v.

I just ordered a 165 from ZZF on the 13th... I'll post back with the stepping once I have it in my impatient little hands :)
I feel like a little kid waiting for christmas.

Anyways, thanks to you all for getting me hyped up about this processor. I don't know if I would have known to pick this one up if it wasnt for these forums.
 Cheers!

Edit: I got the chip, but forgot to check the stepping before I put my waterblock on it. I got it clocked up to 2.7ghz completely pdual prime stable... so I know this chip is everything its cracked up to be, and my motherboard is awesome too; 300x9 is a darn good overclock ;)
