Opinions: Which to get, Lyra, Archos, or Nomad?

Anyone have experience with either of these players? I know its no iPod (but those are toooo expensive) but which one of them is best? Battery-life wise, feature-wise, etc.

The Nomad is the best of the 3. In all aspects. I myself chose the Iriver IHP100.

I would go for an Iriver or an Ipod (dude, you can get a refurb 10 gig 2nd gen for 169 bucks). I have an archos and it sucks arse compared to tha ipods.

i had an archos. it was pretty good with the rockbox firmware on it. i recently purchased a nomad jukebox, haven't received it yet so i can' t really comment yet. i've seen the 6-10gb nomads and archos for around 100 bucks, just gotta look around.

i love my jukebox zen. it's only problem is that you need to install a driver for it.
