Opinions/Sugestions on new pc

First off I'm not going Conroe. I dont feel like messing with the Intel market now, the X2's are well established and while there not as great as Conroe there better than my old pc. Anyway heres the specs of my new pc I want.

ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe Mobo
Athlon X2 AM2 4600
Patriot 1GB(512MB x2) Dual Channel DDR800 memory.
Sapphire Radeon X1800XT Video Card
Silverstone 500w PS w/ active PFC
Sound Blaster X-FI Extreme Music
Seagate 7200RPM 320GB SATA hard drive

I already own the PS and mobo & case. Should I change anything else?

What speakers do you have? and I highly recommend 2gb of RAM.

I have some cheap Creative Inspire 5.1 speakers. I have a audigy sound card but I want the newer X-FI.
