Asus Radeon HD 4650 1GB HDCP Low Profile Video Card for a low $37.99 Free Shipping after rebate. I think the rebate is $20. I am planning on building a machine for video editing. It'll be a quad core and I need to run two monitors. Looks like a good deal, right?
 
Yeh that should be all you'll need. You could probably get by with an even cheaper card, but that card is fairly cheap in and of itself so it should fill the job nicely.
