Opinions on Gigabyte GA-7VRXP with an AMD XP 2000+

I was thinking of the Soyo Dragon Plus for an XP 2000+, but it seems like a lot of money for KT266. I really like the features available on this board... but I dont want to invest in older technology.

The Gigabyte GA-7VRXP is the closest motherboard that is KT333 I have found that is similar to the Soyo. Any opinons on the GA-7VRXP? Is there another board that is similar to the Dragon Plus that I missed?
