Opinions on DDR memory? Corsair vs Kingston vs Buffalo

I'm debating between these:

2 x Buffalo 512MB PC3700 DDR Memory Module 32X8 (Winbond Module), DD466-512
~$206 from NewEgg

Kingston HyperX DDR 434MHz (PC3500) 1GB Kit (2 x 512MB) CL2
~$248 from shop.Kingston on sale

Corsair XMS (Twin Pack) 1GB(2 x 512MB) PC-3200C2PT
~$245 from NewEgg

I'm planning on getting an Abit IS7 mobo, running dual channel, and attempting to overclock moderately. Which of the above will give me the best performance? (whether through tight timings or higher frequencies?)
Has anyone done a head-to-head comparison using the same mobo?
