Opinions on cousins small budget gaming build

My cousin is wanting a new computer because he had to sell his last one to help pay his car off he is wanting to keep it cheap and wants to use it mostly for gaming and he wants to keep it around $800 to start with and then upgrade he is going to overclock some also he will be upgrading the monitor in like 2 months

Seems like it would run games solid. Good job in staying in the price range. I dont have as much knowledge about those really new video cards.
 
The Neo-F is a good solid board. You could also consider the Epox NF4 (non-ultra)board. It's usually a few $$ cheaper than the Neo-F, and is alos a very good board. They both OC fairly well, but the Epox might be slightly better here.

Also, Newegg has the X800GTO2 for $199 AR ($219 before rebate). They all unlock to an X850XT where as the GTO's no longer seem to be unlockable. The GTO2 is the best VC deal going right now IMO.
