I have been keeping an eye on cyberpowerinc's webpage and they have pretty decent computers with the kind of parts I would want. I like how they look and everything seems good. I also know another person in my town who bought a computer from them and everything seems fine. I would like to know if anyone else knows about them.

When you say lazy you mean that I should build my own? My current machine was built by me and I got killed in shipping, but then again shipping with cyberpower is $100 too with monitor. And I went through very little vendors to minimize shipping.

I would recommend CyberPower Inc. I bought my PC from them in Aug 2002 and its running solid without any problems.
Since then 3 of my friends have also bought systems from them and no problems at all. Their prices are pretty much average with the rest of the market.
