thery were good on WAAF, but then they turned sour on WBCN when they started talking trash about everyone on WAAF. I understand they didnt want to be fired, but it gave them no right to start blasting everyone on teh other stations....
That said, in the end, I no longer listen to WAAF or WBCN, they both suck!

i have no idea about what those two stations are.
i listened to them in boston, then in nyc. and i cant recall them spending too much time blasting other stations. they would do some bits...but mostly just have comedians come in and other talk radio stuff.

ummm...WBCN (104.1) and WAAF(107.3) are boston stations......WAAF is where they started. They got fired for claiming Marty Meehan (that the right one?) got killed by lightning. Dont know why they left WBCN, though.
They were syndicated on WBCN out of NY, after the scandal in boston they were banned from the air here and went to some small time station in NY...got big and then got syndicated...they lost their multimillion dollar deal by having a contest and one of the objectives was to have a couple have sex in a church...the couple got caught and they were kicked off the air yet again.
If Stern went to Satellite then I'd buy it to be able to listen to both. But until then.....doesn't seem worth it.
