Operation Flashpoint wont run :(

Hey, i just formatted my new HD into NTFS and started to try out games. Operation flashpoint will not work anymore. The game works, but the screen is all messed up, like fuzzy lines, not playable at all. Cant see anything. Im using a really really bad monitor since my last one just died on me. Its a crappy 14" monitor. The game used to work until i got this new HD and formatted it.

Ive read NTFS doesnt work for some games, could that be it? or the monitor?

I tried uninstalling, reinstalling. Nothing. Not even updating either. What could i be missing?
 
Never heard that a file system had any effect on whether the contents could run. It should not make any difference. FYI I run OFP on the NTFS. Seems the video config or drivers are more likely to blame.
