Okay, I realize that I'm a little new around here to ask for something like this, but I'm hoping the human interest piece of this story will grab a few of you.
Sarah "Sars" Bunting is a writer, pop culture commentator, and co-founder of Television Without Pity (which I highly recommend visiting).
She is also a long-time New York City resident, and was caught up in the chaos of 9/11. At that time, she linked up with a man named Don, and they kinda helped each other get through things until each could find their way home. Link to the whole story of that day, in her words.
Since then, Sars has been unable to locate this gentleman, in spite of using most of the means at her disposal (she hasn't resorted to paying a private investigator). She says she wants to find him to thank him, and buy him a beer.
So if any of you by chance know a man by his description, or wouldn't mind getting the word out on your own, please go by her blog and let her know.
