Newegg is close to the lowest for a real copy (get the "OEM" version).

Anything less than $80 is going to be some "european import" warez fake copy that isn't legal and probably doesn't work with Windows Update.

I made the mistake of buying one from one of the sites trying to save a few bucks and it had no Cert of Auth (COA) - it installed though and recently validated too - but I sleep worried at nights.

If you know anyone that goes to college check with them. My brother goes to The University of Buffalo in NY and could get OEM versions of all of MS products for $5.
