operating system failed help needed badly please

today i was formating the computer after putting all together. when i was formatting using the windows xp cd it got restarded. And now evertime i start the computer it gives me error "error loading operating system". and i am daniel ramirez call me 718 777 5320

how do i reformat becuase my computer restared when it was formating

go into the bios and change the boot sequence. You put the CD-Rom before the Hard disk. It will not know that there is anything or nothing on the hard drive. You will go right into the windows installer. Then format again.
