Opera question

I've noticed that Opera changed when it updates pages.

For example, if I click on a link i've already clicked on, it doesn't refresh the page when it loads, it simply draws it from cache. While I like this for when I click Back/Forward, I would prefer that links load anew

go to preferences > advanced > history, and under "check if cached page is updated on the server" set check documents to always. I don't think that's the default setting in 9.5.
