where do i go for this "Configuration"?

is it under tools?

LOL they sure did make it a b!tch to find...

tools --> preferences --> advanced tab --> shortcuts view --> under Mouse setup --> expand Application heading.

Oh and make sure the enable mouse gestures box is ticked after you get into shortcuts view.
