Opera email question

When I click a mailto link in Opera it asks me to set up and email account for the browser, is it possible to make it open up a new message in Outlook? I don't want an email account in Opera.
 
First click on the tools dropdown then goto preferences then to advanced then to programs click on mailto and then hit edit and point opera to outlook.
